VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

AND ACTIVATION OF STUDENTS PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE POTENTIAL

Abstract. Multi-level training and teaching aids that can not only help the lecturer to compensate the shortage, of time and material basis necessary for carrying out proper educational process and scientific and applied research, but also will be able to activate the professional creative potential that has each individual student, future engineer, creative researcher or research worker are discussed in the paper. The ways to enhance the cognitive and professional-creative activity of higher technical educational institutions students are scheduled.
